This appointment is subject to Office of the General Counsel review of your Statement of Employment and Financial Interests, and the satisfactory resolution of any conflict of interest issues that may appear.
In addition, the Commission offers this appointment based on the understanding that you will not work on any ACMUI matters that are determined to conflict with your outside activities.
