Contract NRC-04-91-047, Modification 1 to Task Order No. 7, Entitled Health Physics Technical Assistance - Technical Assistance for Resolving Public Comments on Radiation Protection Aspects of Decommissioning and Exemption Policy Issues The purpose of this letter is to add the following personnel, in accordance with paragraph H.1 Key Personnel (MAR 1987) of the basic contract, under the subject task order award document dated February 19, 1993.
Mr. Jerrold Caplin Mr. Ralph Page The contractor agrees that such personnel is essential to the successful performance of work under this task order and that this change is effected at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of $449,996.00.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification to Task Order 7 by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of this document in the. space provided and return two copies to the Contracting officer. You should retain the third copy for your records.
