In accordance' with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e), Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) hereby submits Revision 11 to the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant -: Units 1 and 2 FSAR Update. This submittal includes revised FSAR1information which accurately reflects (1) changes made to the facility, procedures, or technical specifications, and (2) information or analyses submitted.to the Commission or prepared pursuant'to Commission-requirements, from January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992. Additionally, the.

information submitted includes changes identified in the annual report under

the' provisions.of 10 CFR 50.59(b). As required, this submittal is provided on a replacement-page. basis, and is accompanied by an effective page list that identifies the current pages of the FSAR.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.4(b), the original and 10 copies are being submitted to the Commission's Document Control Desk, and a copy is also being supplied to the NRC. Region II office'and the NRC Resident Inspector.

In accordance with the rule change for 10.CFR 50.71(e)(4) that allows revisions to be filed 6 months after- each refueling outage, SNC. plans to start filing revisions to'the FSAR Update 6 monthe after each Unit 1 outage.

,' completion of the next Unit- 1 refueling outage pr< 3ently ' scheduled for the spring of 1994.-
