Task Order No.10 Entitled, "NUDOCS Maintenance and Enhancements" Under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this l
i letter definitizes Task Order No.10. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 06 shall be in effect from June 01, 1993 through July 31, 1994 with a total cost ceiling of $318,435.72. The amount of $306,188.19 represents the reimbursable cost and the amount of $12,247.53 represents the fixed fee.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$161,000.00 of which $154,807.69 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $6,192.31 represents the fixed fee. This obligated amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting Officer by written modification to this task order ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer.shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is_ done so at provisions of 52.232 Limitation of Funds for this incrementally funded task order.
