l WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORPORATION DOCKET NO. 50-22 AMENDMENT TO FACILITY LICENSE Amendment No. 6 License No. TR-2 1.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has found that:
A.
The application for amendment filed by the Westinghouse Electric Corporation (the licensee), dated December 8,1992, as supplemented on February 8, 1993, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's regulations as set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility will be maintained in conformity with the application, the provisions of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commission; C.
There is reasonable assurance:
(i) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Commission's regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; D.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
The iss'uance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Commission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Accordingly, facility License No. TR-2, is amended by revising paragraph 2.a. to read as follows:
2.a.
Pursuant to Section 104(c) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and Title 10, CFR, Chapter 1, Part 50, " Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities," to possess, but not to operate, the facility as a utilization facility in the condition described in 9306170247 930614 ADocK0500g2 PDR P
. s, the " Final Shutdown Report for Westinghouse Testing Reactor, WTR-172" dated January 25, 1963, as revised by " Application to Modify Retired WTR Facility" dated February 18, 1970, and supplement date( April 3,1970, and by Application to Modify Retired WTR Facility" dated May 21, 1970, and by " Request for Amendment to License TR-2" dated December 8, 1992.

This license amendment is effective as of the date of issuance.
