NRC-38-91-321 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The Government hereby exercises Option Year One to extend the term of the contract for one additional year, through June 24, 1994, in accordance with Article I.12 "0PTION TO EXTEND THE TERM 0F THE CONTRACT (FAR 52.217-9) (MAR 1989)." As a result the following administrative changes are made to reflect this exercise of said options. Accordingly this contract is modified as set forth below:

i In exercising this option, funds are provided to increase the total amount-obligated by $50,000 from $90,000 to $140,000.

Section B, Article B.4, " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS -

(June 1988)" paragraphs a and b are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

i a.

The total estimated amount of this contract ceiling for.the products / services ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract is

$233,899.

b.

The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $140,000.

2.

Section F, Article F.5, " DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987)

ALTERNATE II (MAR 1987)", is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

"This contract shall commence on June 25, 1991 and will expire on June 24, 1994."

A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date ~ through the date of this action is given below:
