Modification No. 6 to Task Order No. 3 Entitled
" Technical Assistance - GE and WE Petition for Rulemaking to Allow Self-Guarantee to Satisfy the Financial Requirements of the Decommissioning Rule,"
Contract No. NRC-02-91-001 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through December 31, 1993 at no additional cost to the Government.
This no-cost extension is needed because the public comments on the proposed rule have raised complex issues that need to be analyzed by ICF for the NRC.
ICF requires the additional time to be able to analyze issues facing the NRC staff and Commission as development of the final rule proceeds.
Therefore, the expiration date of the period of performance of the subject task order is hereby extended from June 1,
1993 through December 31, 1993 at no additional cost to the Government.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order including the ceiling amount of $178,720.00.
Please indicate your acceptance of Modification No. 6 to Task Order No. 3 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator, Ms. Amy Siller.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
