SECY-93-112 - PROPOSED, RULEMAKING TO ELIMINATE REQUIREMENTS Ok PRIOR COMMISSION APPROVAL FOR A SPECIFIC LICENSE FOR AN ISFSI UNDER 10 CFR PART 72 The Commission (with all Commissioners agreeing) has approved publication of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking with the following edit:
On page 3, line 7 of the notice, the word " improve" should be deleted.
The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking should be forwarded to the Secretary for signature and publication in the Federal Recister.
