suite 1400 Atlanta, GA 30303-1810 man Georgia Pcntty - Plant Vogtle Investigation-Dear Bryant As 1,ar our conversation yesterday afternoon, this will confira that at this time, we have olosed the criminal investigation of Georgia Power concerning sisrepresentations regarding the Plant Vogtle diosal generator and have roooananded that the matter be pursued administratively by the NRC.
As 1 indicated to you yesterday, however, while we are closing the ossa at this time it is certainly possible that we might shoose to reopen the invest 1ga-tion should sufficient facts develop in the administrative proceeding or otherwise that lead us to believe that it would be appropriate to reopen the criminal investigation.
