Woodard Executive Vice President, effective June 4, 1993. As the company's Executive Vice President, Mr. Woodard succeeds Mr. W. G. Hairston, III who was elected SNC President and Chief Operating Officer May 3, 1993. Mr. Woodard's successor for his prior position at SNC will be named in the normal course of business.
