The NRC has sent to the Office of the Federal Reaister for publication the enclosed proposed amendment to the Comission's rules in 10 CFR Part 72.
This proposed amendment will establish the emergency preparedness licensing regulations for Independent Spent Fuel Storage facilities (ISFSI)-and Monitored Retrievable Storage Facilities (MRS).
The Comission is issuing the proposed amendment for public coment.
