If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of.10 CFR Part 71, or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the.
t requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by'.10 CFR S 150.20, a QA Program approved by'the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10.CFR Part 71-is required.
Since you no longer havef a valid QA Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 and registration under the provisions of 10 CFR s 71.12, to transport or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport are terminated.
Please note that records required by-10 CFR 5 71.91 are to be retained for.a period of three years.
