This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 12, 1993 in response to our comments following the February 1993 review of your Radiation Control Program.
We appreciate the positive actions that you and your staff are implementing t
with regard to our comments.
In particular, we are pleased to learn that the regulations needed for compatibility have been adopted, and that efforts are ongoing to address the s ff continuity issue.
Also, we are pleased that Florida will provide an inspection training course in September of this year, and we will support this effort to the extent possible.
Please keep Mr. Woodruff of our Region II office informed of the plans for this course and any instructor support needed from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
