In response to the enclosed letter from Rodger Hansen of Haneen Environmental Consultants, I authorize you to release the data base from the National Profile on the Volumes, Characteristics and Treatability of Commercial Mixed Waste (FIN L-1647).
As outlined in the Scope of Work for this project, the data base must be stripped of all facility identifiers.
This serves to confirm my verbal authorization to release the data base, given to you on May 19, 1993.
