REGULATORY REVIEW GROUP DRAFT REPORT The Regulatory Review Group has maintained its schedule with the Release for Comment of a draft report today, May 28, 1993.
Enclosed for your jnformation is a copy of the report.
Early comments by you or your staff would be welcome. Also, my office will be happy to arrange individual briefings upon request.
Two issucs which are not addressed in the report at this stage.are the prioritization of the recommendations and the inspection program.
Since the recomendations deal with burden redirection the group believes prioritization can be done only after comments are received. The inspection program will be reviewed during the comment period in parallel with the final stages of the NRR inspection program assessment.
The following milestones remain for the Review Group:
