a NRC-33-92-181 SB-3-92-2-1493 Modification No. 5 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the remittance address under Section G in accordance with the executed Instrument of Assignment of Claims dated with seal on April 13, 1993 for the subject contract. The contract is hereby modified as follows:
Section G entitled " Contract Administration Data", Paragraph G.2, entitled
" Remittance Address", is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
