Subject:
Task Order No. 81 Under Contract No. NRC-03-90-031 Entitled " Electrical Distribution System Functional Inspection - Prarie Island" This letter confirms verbal authorization provided to your office by Rosemary Mann, of my staff, to commence work under the subject task order effective April 9,1993, with a temporary ceiling of $20,000.00.
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 81. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, the Contractor's proposal dated April 6,1993 and the following telephonic changes:
Reduce fixed fee by $544.94 from $3378.61 (7.75Ss) to $2833.67 (6. 50's)
Task Order No. 81 shall be in effect from April 9, 1993 through May 28, 1993, with a cost ceiling of $86,155.16. The amount of $83,321.49 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $2,833.67 represents the fixed fee.
