BASES CHANGES TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS - CLINTON POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 1 (TAC NO. M86103)
Your letter of March 29, 1993 (U-602111), requested changes to the Bases section of the Clinton Power Station Technical Specifications.
The proposed changes were categorized to provide additional guidance on the need to obtain samples for isotopic analysis following temporary increases observed in toe levels indicated by the offgas pre-treatment radiation monitor following certain testing, maintenance or operational evolutions.
As previously discussed with your staff, we have found the proposed Bases changes acceptable.
The revised Bases pages, the Table of Contents pages effected by this change, and the related overleaf pages are enclosed with this letter and should be used to replace the current pages.
