Dear Ms. Fines:
In a letter dated February 22, 1993, I responded to your letter to Chai. man Selin dated February 1,1993.
I informed you that Mr. Michael Daley, of the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, had raised concerns similar to yours, though in more detail, in a letter dated February 9,1993.
Chairman Selin has issued his response to Mr. Daley. As I had promised in my previous letter to you, I am enclosing a copy of that response.
