Dear Mr. Salmon:
SUBJECT: INITIAL RETAKE EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-333/93-11 (OL)
This refers to the initial retake examinations administered by Mr. C. Sisco from
May 11 - 12,1993, at your James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. The examinations
were conducted in accordance with NUREG-1021, " Operator Licensing Examiner
Standards," Rev. 6. The licensed operator training program is one of the key elements that
ensures the continued health and safety of the public.

The test results indicate the applicants were well prepared for the examinations. Your staff
,
was cooperative and helpful during the examination preparation and administration. In
addition, your staff performed an in-depth preexamination review of the written examination
that resulted in no comments following administration of the examination.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and
its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
