During a meeting on-1 January 114, 1993, Westinghouse presented as non-proprietary a part of the text, of the above-referenced document, that you have now identified as proprietary. The'information' contained on the fourteenth page of'the document-following the cover page, the paragraph at the bottom of the page was presented as non-proprietary during this meeting. Liparulo In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(c), the non-proprietary version of the document will be rebracketed, releasing the non-proprietary portion as indicated on page 14 of WCAP-13616, and will be placed in the Public Document Room thirty (30) days from the date of this letter. If within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter, you request withdrawal of these documents in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(c), your request will be considered in light of applicable statutes and regulations and a determination made whether the documents will be withheld from public disclosure or returned to you. However, if you are in agreement with our determination, that the paragraph on page 14 is not proprietary, we ask that you resubmit the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the document with a new affidavit.
