AMENDMENT TO EXEMPTION FROM 10 CFR 50, APPENDIX J - MILLSTONE NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT 1 (TAC NO. M86214)
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted the enclosed exemption amendment correcting a misidentified penetration number. The exemption amendment was granted in response to your request dated April 15, 1993. By letter dated June 5, 1991, the NRC staff granted an exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J, Paragraph III.C.1 for certain penetrations at Hillstone Unit 1.
In your letter dated April 15, 1993, you stated that one of the penetrations was not correctly identified in Northeast Nuclear Energy Company's exemption request dated April 29, 1988, and in the exemption which was issued on June 5, 1991.
A copy of the Exemption amendment is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
