SUBJECT:
REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-134/0L-93-01 On the week of April 19, 1993, the NRC administered a requalification examination to an employee of your facility who operates the Worcester Polytechnic Institute reactor.
The examination was conducted in accordance with NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examiner Standards, " Administration of NRC Requalification Examinations at Non-Power Reactors."
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
