DRAFT REPORT ON REGION V REALIGNMENT STUDY Enclosed is the Study Group's draft report on the Region V realignment study.
We will also be providing a copy of the draft report to the employees of

Regions IV and V and the NTEU today.
Please note that this draft report does j
not include recommendations.
Recommendations will be formulated after consideration of the NTEU, employee, and staff comments on the draft. OCA also plans to provide a copy of this draft report to our oversight committees and to Congressman George Miller, who has requested information concerning the study.
I expect to provide you with my recommendations the week of June 20, 1993.
