NRC-04-89-067 Modification No. 8 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to add proposed changes to the indirect cost rates in accordance with the Indirect Cost Rate agreements dated February 22, 1993 and February 21, 1992, as submitted by Scientech.
