Dear Ms. Sloyer:
The purpose of this modification number two to the subject task order is to extend the expiration date from March 29, 1993 to June 4, 1993, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. The effective date of this modi fication is March 30, 1993.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or conditions of the task order including the ceiling amount of $35,613.30.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of.this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator at the U.
