SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE SCENARIO This is to acknowledge receipt of your letters dated April 1 and May 18. 1993, transmitting the scenario for your upcoming emergency preparedness exercise.
We reviewed the scenario submitted April 1,1993, and communicated our comments to you during a telephone conversation held on April 28, 1993, l
between Mr. Dwight Chamberlain and other members of our staff and i
Mr. M. Covell and members of your staff. As a result of our comments, your i
staff made significant changes to the scenario.
The revised scenario which was submitted on May 18, 1993, was reviewed by our staff using Inspection l
Procedure 82302.
Based on our review, we have concluded that the revised
.i scenario should support a reasonable demonstration of your emergency response capabilities.
