Patel to T.J. Kovach Pursuant to Facility Operating License No. DPR-48, Appendix A,
Technical Specification 6.6.1 and 10 CFR 50.4, Commonwealth Edison Company (CECO) is transmitting the attached " Zion Generating Station Unit 2 Cycle 13 Start..p Test Report."
Submittal of this report fulfills the requirement of Technical Specification 6.6.1. A. (3 ) to submit a summary report of plant startup and power eocalation testing following installation of fuel that has a different design.
Details of the replacement fuel aesign are described in the referenced ~NRC Safety Evaluation for Amendment No. 128 to DPR-48 and in the~related CECO submittals.
