This letter refers to your correspondence dated April 29,1993, in response to our telephone request on April 22,1993.

l Thank you for informing us of the supplemental corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. In addition, during a telephone conversation with Mr. Thomas Dragoun of this office on May 13, 1993, Mr. Iouis Henry stated that occasional back-shift visits will be made by supervisors to review reactor operations. These actions will be examined during a future inspection.
