Enclosed are twenty three copies of the thirteenth revision to the Safety Analysis Report (SAR), the tenth revision to the Envir mmental Report (ER), and the fifth revision to the License Application (LA). Instrunions for making the revisions are detailed in the erclosed Push-Pull Instructions.
These revisions are being made primarily to agree with information previously provided in my letters dated December 14,1992, concerning decommissioning costs, and March 29 and 31,1993, concerning seismic and accident analysis. Revisions have been made to SAR Chapters 10 ano 11 to imprc7e the consistency of the information contained in these chapters. Other minor changes have been made to improve the readability of the documents.
