SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PIANT (SQN) - RESTART FIAN The enclosed provides a copy of the SQN Restart Plan, for your review, which summarizes the scope and implementing methodology for the extensive ongoing restart initiatives. There is extensive supporting implementation detail (including schedules and work-off curves) for each of the described initiatives, as reflected in the references, which will be made available to your staff.
