REVISION 01 TO THE YAIEEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION DEFUELED SECURITY PLAN
Dear Sir:
Enclosed is Revision 01 to the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS)
Defueled Security Plan.
The changes reflected in Revision'01 do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Yankee Atomic Electric Company is notifying the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of the changes that have been implemented.
The changes in Revision 01 are:
The duties and responsibilities of the Security Manager have been consolidated with those of the Administrative Manager.
The Plan has been revised to reflect installation of equipment consistent with commitments made in the original Defueled Security Plan.
Security key controls were strengthened to ensure adequate accountability is maintained.
The required time intervals were added for records retention.
Editorial changes were made to clarify locations of Loc 7.1 Law Enforcement Agencies in relation to the site.
