Dear Mr. Selin,

I am writing you to urge you to deny LES' application to construct its plant in Homer, IA.

The citizens of the towns in the area don't vant the plant and this looks like another example of foisting a dangerous facility in an area that has liitle clout. With charges of environmental racism in the air, this is the wrong location for LES.
