Weiss (NRC) letter DAGM/N UC 92-261, dated January 19,1993, Proposed Amendment No.186, Nuclear Organization Changes Attention: Seymour Weiss In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, the District proposes to amend the Rancho Seco Permanently Defueled Tecimical Specifications (PDTS), Appendix A to Rancho Seco Possession-Only License No. DPR-54. The District hereby submits Proposed License Amendment No.186, Revision 1 (PA-186, Rev.1),
which reflects changes to the Rancho Seco nuclear organization and requests changes to several PDTS Section D6.0, Administrative Contrals, pages. PA-186, Rev. I replaces the District's original submittal of PA-186 (Reference 1) in its entirety.
Attachment I contains the insertion / removal instructions for the PDTS pages affected by PA-186, Rev.1, and the proposed, revised PDTS replacement pages.
A vertical line is drawn in the right hand margin of the changed PDTS pages in the area of each change.
