Selin :

Please advise the NRC licensing board to deny Louisiana Energy Services' application to construct a uranium enrichment facility in Homer, LA.

Please examine the possibility that " environmental racism" may have played a role in the company's choice of a site near two small black communities.

The Southeni Christian Leadership Conference,

the United Church of Christ, and others have pointed to a national pattern of such placements near economically and politically dinedvantaged communities.

We are hardly fanatics en these issues as Mrs. Guillory is a professional Radiation Therapist who treats cancer patients with ionizing radiation.
