Dear Chairman Selin,

Louisiana Energy Services (LES) has submitted an application to the NRC for permission to build its plant i

near the communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs, LA.

I am writing to urge you to advise the NRC licensing board to deny this application.

The local communities are adamantly opposed to having a uranium enrichment facility so near to them.

There are negative social and environmental impacts that such a plant would have on the area, and there are issues of environmental racism here as well.

Thank you for your consideration of my viewpoint.
