Dear Mr. Selin,

i Please make sure the NRC denies Louisiana Energy Services' application to construct a uranium enrich-l nent facility in Homer, Louisiana.

The residents of Forest Grove and Center Springs (both poor, black communities) are adamantly opposed to the LES plant which will produce 4,000 tons of radioactive uranium-238 waste annually in their backyard.

communties and it smacks of environmental racism to j

damp this problem on economically and politically dis-advantaged communities.
