llease advise the I~RC licensing board to DEliY the above application because the people of Forest Grove and Center Springs are strongly opposed.to such a plant in their cc:amunity.

-To put it in those areas is to practice environcental racism.

Such a plant should not be thrust on A12 community and it is past time to stop the nuclear cy cle-except in small experimental uses.

It is a tech-nology too deadly for lif e and should be. scrapped.

-le need to realize when a technology is against the long-term interest of human beings effd other carth life.
