Dear Mr. Selin:

I urge you to deny LES' application to construct a uranium enrichment facility in Homer Louisiana and would remind you that the local communities of Forest Grove and Center Spr2ngs are adamantly opposed to having the LES plant located in their backyard.

There are grave social and environmental impacts that the plant will have on the area.

Please take a closer look at this 3sSue of inVironmental racism and the role it might have played in deciding to site the plant so near to - the two small black' communities.
