Dear Mr. Selin,

I wish to express my concern over the Louisiana Energy Service's plans to build a uranium enrichment plant in Homer, Louisiana. Given the declining need for enriched uranium, as well as the enormous possible detriment to the local communities, such a plant seems unnecessary and foolish. Please understand that the drawbacks far outweigh the advantages and deny LES* application.
