4-11-93 Ivan Selin; Sir, I urge you to advise the NRC licensing board to deny LES' application to construct a uranium enrichment-facility in Homer, Louisiana; I remind you that the local communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs are adamantly opposed to having the LES plant located in their backyard; I point out the negative social and environmental impacts that the plant will have on the area; I believe that this is environmental racism, in deciding to site the plant so near to two small black communities I thank you Sir for your time and understanding!!
