By application dated February 16, 1993, Pacific Nuclear Systems, Inc. (PNSI),
-i requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9179 for the Model Nos.
NUPAC 6/100L and NUPAC 6/100H packages. Also, by application dated April 30 -
1993, Scientific Ecology Group, Inc. (SEG), requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9179, for the Model Nos. LN 6-80L and LN 6-80H packages.
PNSI or SEG did not make or request any changes tc the package design.
PNSI, the certificate holder, requested that the certificate be revised to incorporate their company name and address. The certificate has been revised i
accordingly.

The staff has reviewed previous submittals, including the operating

procedures, acceptance tests and maintenance programs, and has found them to be complete and adequate.
