Sir:

I urge you in the strongest terms not to allow Louisiana En-ergy Services to build its proposed uranium enrichment plant near Forest Grove and Center Springs, Louisiana.

The proposed siting of the plant, in two low-income, predominantly black communities, represents environmental racism at its worst.

I am sharing rr.y concerns in this matter with all of my stu-dents and colleagues.
