I urge the Huclear Regulatory Commission to deny Louisiana Energy Services' application for a uranium enrichment facility in Homer, Louisiana.
Local citizens are strongly opposed to this facility, which will have an enormous and negative impact on this area. As I'm sure you're aware. the neighbering communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs have predominantly black populations. Louisiana Energy Services' application for the f acility in Homer smacks of environmental racism.
Thank you for your attention in this matter.
