Dear Mr. Selin,

I write to you to express my sincerest hopes that the NRC licensing board will deny the Louisiana Energy Services' application to construct a uranium enrichment facility in llomer, Louisiana.

The local communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs are adamantly opposed to having such a facility in their backyard.

The plant will also have significant social and environmental impacts on the area that must be considered.

I urge you to take a close look at the issue of Environmental Racism and the role that it might have played in the decision to site the plant so near two small black communities.

I hope the board will carefully consider these issues before reaching a decision.
