Dear Mr. Selin:
I urge you to advise the NRC licensing board to deny Louisiana Energy Services' application to construct a uranium enrichment facility in Homer, Louisiana.
Both of the local communities that would be most directly affected by this facility are adamantly opposed to it.
The Louisina Energy Services is ignoring the vocal opposition of these predominantly poor, African American residents.
I encourage you to examine this pattern of siting highly undesirable radioactive material facilities in areas where the residents are neither white nor affluent.
