I am writing to ask you to advise the NRC licensing board to deny LES' application to construct a uranium enrichment facility in l
Homer, Louisiana.
I I make this request because the people of the communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs are strongly opposed to having the LES plant located in their close proximity. The plant would have a very negative impact on the area both in social and in environmental respects.

It has to be asked if the siting was done so close to the two i
small black communities because it was thought these people would not have the knowledge or the organization to oppose it.
