Dear Mr. Selin,
I urge you to advise the NRC licensing boani to deny Louisiana Energy Services' application to construct a uranium enrichment facility in Homer, Louisiana. The local communities of Forest Gmve and Center Springs am adamantly opposed to having the 12S plant located in their backyard. Consider the issue of envimnmental racism and the role that it might have played in deciding to locate the plant so close to the two small black communities. The construction of this plant will have tremendous negative social and environmental impacts on the surrounding area.
