Dear Mr. Selvin,

I am writing concerning LES' application to construct a uranium enrichment facility in Homer, Louisiana. I urge you to advise the NRC licensing board to deny LES' application. The local communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs are adamantly opposed to having the LES plant located in their backyard. The plant would have many negative social and environmental impacts on the area. Finally, I'd like you to take a closer look at the issue of environmental racism and the role that it might have played in deciding to site the plant so near to the two small black communities. Please let me know your feeling on this issue. Thank you for your time.
