Dear Mr. Selin:

please advise the NRC liscensing board to deny The application submitted by the Louisana Energy Service to construct a uranium enrichment f acility in Homer, Louisiana.There are just too many things wrong with this kind of f acility and what happened in Russia three times already can hapen here no matter how much more efficient and safe you think America's plants are.

The local communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs do not want this in their backyard, a huge uranium plant. There will be little social benefit for those people and it will pose an environmental threat to the area.

I encourage you to also look at the fact that when the middle classes on't want[ forced on them, but poor people usually get no choice.
